| Bio: | I'm into writing action sci-fi, fantasy, horror, thrillers, and police/detective stories and I love a good writing challenge even if it's not in my usual field. I fall short in the romance and young readers genres. I don't care much for romance, YA, space/techy/alien/anamorphs sci-fi, female heroines/chicklit, or stories/poems that bash or gush genders/religions/politics. LOL But, if you ask nicely, I'll give any genre or type a shot. If it's well-written and I'm not stopping every other sentence to correct typos, grammar or punctuation, I might actually get into it. Clue: if you get a first review from me that's more than 500 words and contains primarily nits, I probably won't read on unless we're in a recip agreement. Used to write for tv and movies, now just an institutional cog at an infamous university in a desert of common sense. There's a reason they call this place an institution. Go figure. The one thing I can do well in this world is write, so that's what I do when I can. |
