It’s in the form of a novel because it's hoped this format will capture and retain the reader’s interest. The author personally hates 'how to' books. The early chapters introduce simplified basic principles of weight loss and effective tools anyone can use. The latter chapters address the spectrum of various individuals ranging from the athlete to the Heart attack/stroke victim.
