The star shape eyed, sparkly nosed, and pudgy-bodied Tiggle must wiggle his way through sand, water, bubbles and mud in his search through the land of Pibnee. Along the way he encounters many creatures kind and unkind and many spectacular new places in Pibnee, before he finds the right friend for him.
